If you're looking for a Parrot to tote around and hang from your shoulder on shopping trips, well search no more 'cause your Parrot has just flown in! Enter this cool 'n colorful purse of the Parrot persuasion, made of hand tooled leather and hand painted in primary colors. The purse is suspended from a leather strap which features whip-stitched edges and the whip-stitching continues around the perimeter of the bag. Centered on a flap (instead of causing one) the Parrot’s texture appears to be tiny glass beads (but isn't) as does a border along the flap’s outside edge. Opening the flap reveals a snap closure and a plain interior without pockets or dividers. The bag measures 8 1/8” across at the top, 9 3/8” across at the bottom, 8.75” high and 3 1/8” wide at the base. Add the strap (14.5”) and you get to total length of 22.5”. Created around the 1950’s, the purse is in great shape for its age and is marked “TN” both underneath the Parrot and on the back. A fun bag for all seasons, casual outfits and (lest we forget) Parrot Festivals!
