Guaranteed to garner you smiles and to NEVER be taken seriously, this Parrot pin from the 1960’s or 70’s is his own force of nature. Birdie will come to you caught in mid-dance and although we can’t say if it’s the Mamba, Polka, or anything in between we CAN say it’s pretty darn cute! The Cockatoo is done in gold toned metal with painted on details and a red cabochon stone in his eye. He measures 1.75” from crest to (twinkle) toes and is 1.25” wide at his wings. You’ll find him to be in good vintage condition with a little wear to the paint, mostly at the top of his head. Unmarked with a roll clasp on the back and obviously well made (the pin back is riveted on). A pirouetting parrot that’s as precious as can be…better move on over, Snowball, this Birdie is Stepping OUT!
