A beauteous brooch from the United Kingdom of a pair of Lovebirds investigating a holly bush. Studded with marcasites on both birds and leaves the pin is made even more magnificent by garnet (or ruby, not sure which) berries. Measuring 1 5/8” in length and 1 1/8” in height with a roll clasp on the back, it's in grand condition despite its age (circa 1940’s) and is marked “Silver” on the back.
