With tails of Diamante to dazzle and a length to love, this vintage Bird of Paradise brooch from England is certain to be on your “must wear” list. Made of gold toned metal with a bit of green enamel between the birds and green stones twinkling from their eyes, they are made perfect by a pose of preoccupation – eyes only for each other and a joining that’s just about (but not quite) heart shaped. The pin measures a nice 2.75” in length and 1.25” in width at the perch area. It has a nice weight for its size and is secured on back via a roll clasp. Unmarked.
