If you’ve often dreamed of wrapping a pair of birds around your finger then your wish can become a reality with this vintage cloisonné ring from Siam. (The country’s name was changed to Thailand in 1939).  Made of sterling silver, the ring is crafted into the bodies of birds who have been colorfully embellished with yellow enamel and floral flourishes.  The ring is open so it can be adjusted to fit any finger, although there might be a problem with really small ones (it is currently sized at almost an 8). It is in good condition for its age with a small bit of enamel loss at one bird’s tail. Marked “Siam, 925, Sterling” within.  An unusual find and probably most rare - don’t let it fly away!
